The Bolt Family Reunion

This Bolt Reunion has been meeting for over twenty years, and was originally formed for the descendants of James and Mary Lindley Bolt (James is a grandson of Abraham)
There had been another Bolt Reunion at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church in Laurens, that had been gathering annually for twenty years, for the descendants of Robert Bolt Jr.
In 2002, the two branches of Bolt families voted and approved to combine the reunions into one, and 2003 was the first year that the combined Bolt Reunion was held. The reunion has been opened up to all Bolt descendants, (and even collateral lines are welcome). The 2004 reunion welcomed first time attendees from the John Bolt Sr. of Virginia lines.
Began for the descendants of Charles Bolt II (John Bolt Sr. of Virginia line) and Margaret Ann Hewitt, this reunion meets every other year in various locations in the western United States. The next reunion will be held at Lake Shasta, California, 2010.

All Bolts are welcome to this family reunion which is held at noon on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend at Turman’s Sports Complex in Willis, Floyd County, Virginia.
